A leading technology consultancy is seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to support a major NHS digital programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale public sector services, helping teams understand performance, measure outcomes, and deliver data-driven improvements that positively impact users.
Your new role
As a Performance Analyst, you will take ownership of performance analysis within a key project area, helping teams define success measures and assess outcomes.
You will analyse quantitative and qualitative data, develop performance frameworks, produce actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including researchers and delivery professionals, you will ensure data and analysis support effective decision-making and continuous service improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a Performance Analyst, Digital Analyst, Insight Analyst or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and provide meaningful recommendations.
Experience designing and implementing performance measurement frameworks.
Strong data preparation, validation, cleansing and quality assurance capabilities.
Ability to create clear reporting, dashboards and visualisations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to understand user behaviour and service performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently within a fast-paced delivery environment.
Experience within the public sector, healthcare, NHS or other regulated environments would be highly desirable.
