We are hiring a Business Analyst and a Project Manager with proven experience running full end-to-end RFP processes and managing supplier selection activities. These roles require someone highly organised, confident, engaging with vendors, and able to work closely with the business to identify the right solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full RFP process from initial scoping through to supplier selection.
- Create and structure all RFP documentation, including requirements, questionnaires, scoring frameworks and timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify the main suppliers operating in the relevant space and assess their capabilities.
- Engage directly with potential suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the process.
- Coordinate and arrange supplier demos, ensuring stakeholders have the information needed to support decision-making.
- Work closely with internal teams to evaluate responses and manage the assessment and scoring process.
- Ensure all activity adheres to internal health and safety standards and compliance requirements.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience setting up and running RFPs end-to-end.
- Strong background working with health and safety documentation and standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with suppliers and manage structured demo sessions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret supplier responses and support objective decision-making.
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office.
