Your new role involves working as a 2nd Line Support contractor to assist with BAU tasks. You will be part of a staggered shift pattern covering 8am-6pm.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Extensive experience working in a busy environment, delivering white glove service and dealing with VIP customers.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, macOS/iOS, Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange Online.
- Previous experience within a legal/law firm is preferred; alternatively, professional services experience is needed.
