We're looking for an experienced Integration Team Lead to join a growing IT function within a well-established, multi-brand environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, balancing hands-on development with team leadership, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

As Integration Team Lead, you'll:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of developers/integration specialists
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape requirements
  • Design and deliver robust, scalable integration solutions
  • Produce clear technical specifications and interface designs
  • Contribute hands-on to development where needed
  • Drive best practice across coding, quality, and DevOps
  • Support deployment and ongoing optimisation of integrations
