Endpoint Specialist to join a fast-paced IT environment supporting a multi-site, multi-domain organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and maintain software across the end-user estate using Microsoft Intune
  • Manage software updates, patching, and auto-update strategies to improve security and compliance
  • Provide 3rd line support for software-related incidents
  • Use Microsoft Defender to identify and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Plan, test, and implement secure software updates and changes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors on software roadmaps and licensing compliance
  • Ensure all solutions are delivered to meet customer needs and SLA targets
  • Support infrastructure design and optimisation for software delivery

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, VBScript)
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for application packaging and deployment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender vulnerability management
  • Knowledge of MSIX App Attach
  • Solid understanding of change management processes (risk, testing, rollback, documentation)
  • Experience in ITIL/SLA-driven environments
  • Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple teams

Requirements

  • Eligibility to pass BPSS and SC security clearance
  • Experience working in a customer-focused IT support environment
