In this role, you will: * Review and enhance Change Management processes as the business transitions to a new support model, identifying opportunities for stronger governance, risk control and visibility across the IT landscape. * Design and implement the future-state Change Management framework, defining roles, responsibilities and controls required to operate effectively within the new target operating model. * Lead the integration of CHARM and ServiceNow, ensuring streamlined change processes and improved governance across technology teams. * Develop and embed a robust Service Onboarding re looking for * Proven IT Change Management experience within large enterprise environments. * Strong ITSM process improvement expertise. * Experience implementing governance, operating model and service transition improvements. * ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills.
