£450-£550 Per Day - Inside IR35 - 3-5 Days per week in either Cardiff or Newport office. - 6-Month contract

SKILLS

  • Extensive experience in leading Data Governance projects.
  • Strong skills in creating policy documents in relation to Data Quality and Data Cleansing.
  • In-depth understanding of creating a framework to improve data efficiency and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implement an enterprise data governance framework to roll out DQaaS (Data Quality as a Service) to define Data Subject Areas (DSAs).
  • Mapping Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) responsibilities across systems.
  • Achieve Data Quality targets in migration in alignment with the programme plan.
  • Drive Data owner and steward engagement for issue resolution.
  • Provide Data Quality reporting and insights to establish regular reporting to monitor progress and inform decision-makers.
  • Embed sustainable Data Governance post-migration to ensure long-term improvements in Data Management, Data Practice and Data Stewardship.
