My client is a leading, globally recognised insurer seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support major transformation initiatives, including Policy Administration System (PAS) upgrades, Claims optimisation, and Target Operating Model (TOM) redesign.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex organisations - preferably in the insurance sector.
- Hands-on involvement in Policy Administration System transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of PAS platforms such as Guidewire, Acturis, Duck Creek, or similar.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business process improvement.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
