We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a respected organisation in a sector closely linked to the construction industry. The role can be based in South Yorkshire, York, the North East, Scotland or the North West on a hybrid basis.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable digital solutions.
  • Analyse and document business requirements, processes, and user stories.
  • Design, build, and support tools that improve commercial, financial, and operational reporting.
  • Develop 'as-is' and 'to-be' process maps, and assist with user training and documentation.
  • Lead small-scale digital projects and contribute to larger transformation initiatives.
  • Champion digital best practice and help shape BI and reporting strategies.
  • Provide technical support, problem-solving, and advice on digital adoption.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, professionalism, and teamwork.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
