We are currently working with a global financial client in the recruitment of a BA specialising in program execution & transformation. This role will be mainly specialising in business analysis and will be focussed on end-to-end business analysis.

Role responsibilities:
Review regulatory requirements and gather business / legal and compliance requirements
Participate where required in discussion with industry bodies e.g. trade associations
Gap analysis to identify current state solution against the required enhancements
Propose solution options
Enhance BAU process and controls
Document new or changes to existing policies and procedures where applicable
Data analysis as required
What you will need to succeed in this role:
At least 5 years\’ experience working as a BA in an enterprise environment
Working knowledge of investment banking
Experience with control assessment review and enhancement
Proficiency with reporting tools
The role is initially for a 9-month period there is a possibility of extension depending on the client\’s needs. This role will be based in Belfast and will require the resources to attend the Belfast office 3 days p/w.
