The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 £ per year.
Initially a 2-3 month contract, the client can be flexible and would welcome either part or full-time candidates. The role is outside IR35. You must be able to be DBS cleared if needed. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Developer to support the development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will have strong experience configuring the Oracle Service Cloud platform, creating and managing custom fields and objects, developing business processes, and supporting customer service operations. This role requires a blend of technical development and system configuration expertise to deliver scalable and efficient customer service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) applications.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships.
- Develop and configure business rules, workflows, and automation processes.
- Configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
- Support data management activities including imports, exports, and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, configuration, and data issues.
- Support integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and production deployments.
- Ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices and security standards.

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
