We are currently working with a global financial client in the recruitment of a BA specialising in program execution & transformation. This role will be mainly specialising in business analysis and will be focussed on end-to-end business analysis.
Role responsibilities:
- Review regulatory requirements and gather business / legal and compliance requirements
- Participate where required in discussion with industry bodies e.g. trade associations
- Gap analysis to identify current state solution against the required enhancements
- Propose solution options
- Enhance BAU process and controls
- Document new or changes to existing policies and procedures where applicable
- Data analysis as required
What you will need to succeed in this role:
- At least 5 years' experience working as a BA in an enterprise environment
- Working knowledge of investment banking
- Experience with control assessment review and enhancement
- Proficiency with reporting tools
The role is initially for a 9-month period; there is a possibility of extension depending on the client's needs. This role will be based in Belfast and will require the resources to attend the Belfast office 3 days p/w. Only candidates that would be able to attend the office 3 days per week will be considered.
