Job Overview: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Warehouse Operative in our Logistics Warehouse. You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic; previous logistical experience would be highly desirable. To be successful in the role you will be a great team player, have a flexible approach to work, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, perform against personal performance targets (PPT), prioritise workloads against demand to meet our Service Level Agreements (SLA) with our customers and have excellent communication skills.
Location: Hertfordshire AL10 9TW
Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of £13.45/hr PAYE OR £17.45/hr (via a Hays approved umbrella company)
Contract Duration: 20 Jul 2026 to 20 Jan 2027
Work Schedule: 11 AM - 7 PM (Monday to Friday onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Unloading/Loading vehicles.
- Scanning using a handheld scanner.
- Picking from an automated warehouse.
- Packing ensuring correct labels are securely attached.
