Hours: 37.5 hours per week: 09:00 - 17:00 with a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute break.

Your New Role:
In this role, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our contact centre operations. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. This is a great opportunity to develop a broad skill set and make a real impact where it matters most. While this role is initially temporary, it provides a strong foundation for starting your career within the company, with the potential to progress into permanent opportunities across the business.
You will be:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing escalated queries with professionalism, empathy, and sound decision-making
- Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers with care and patience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to resolve issues at the first point of contact where possible
- Maintaining a customer first approach while meeting operational targets
- Ensuring all interactions are compliant with FCA requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Have experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment (financial services preferred but not essential)
- Stay calm and resilient under pressure
- Are flexible and adaptable, happy to support where needed most
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues
