Role Overview
The Marketing Communications Partner is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while supporting the overall marketing plan. The role ensures consistent brand messaging, effective budget management, and oversight of promotional activities to drive engagement and business growth. You will play a key role in shaping content strategy, analysing campaign performance, and collaborating with regional and global teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Location: Based at Burgess Hill - Hybrid min of 2 days in the office.
Duration: Until (31/12/2026)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Salary: £35 - £40 per hour UMB/LTD or £26.43 - £30.21 would be the basic PAYE rates for this role Outside of IR35
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Co-develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable marketing plans
- Plan, execute, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance and ensure campaigns deliver against objectives
- Work with cross-functional teams to maximise campaign effectiveness
- Lead the development of high-quality, engaging content across channels (digital, social, email, promotions)
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all communications
- Manage messaging to enhance brand positioning
- Manage marketing communications budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Track and analyse campaign performance using data and KPIs
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
- Relevant experience in marketing communications or related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare/diagnostics or similar industries
- Commercial awareness in B2B and/or B2C environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments
