We are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Process and Quality Specialist to support a high-performing wealth management team in maintaining exceptional standards across processes, risk management, and client service delivery. This role will act as a key point of contact for process, regulatory, and risk-related matters while driving continuous improvement, quality assurance, and operational excellence across the business.

Daily Rate: Competitive

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries relating to regulations, processes, tools, and risk management.
- Deliver training and guidance on new tools, processes, and quality standards to support team enablement.
- Monitor risk reports, identify potential issues, and escalate concerns where appropriate.
- Assess client-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Partner closely with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, Desk Heads, and internal stakeholders to support risk and process initiatives.
- Drive improvements in documentation quality, assessments, alerts management, and remediation activities.
- Identify and recommend process enhancements that improve operational efficiency, risk management, and service quality.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience within financial services, ideally in a client-facing, risk, process, or quality-focused role.
- Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and operational processes.
- Banking-related qualification, apprenticeship, traineeship, or Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent knowledge of risk management frameworks, controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with a disciplined and quality-focused approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
