Join a leading independent technology and services provider as a technician. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Refresh Technician who will be responsible for supporting on-site hardware refresh activities. This role involves handling, preparing, and installing new monitors, removing legacy equipment, and ensuring accurate daily reporting.

Location: 61 Colin Dale Ave, London

Daily Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of £14.20/hr PAYE OR £18.42/hr (via a Hays approved umbrella company)

Contract Duration: Start Date 13-Apr-26 and End Date 08-May-26

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 to 17:00

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive delivered monitor refresh kits at site.
  • Move all received equipment to the designated secure storage area.
  • Transport new monitors and associated kit from storage to each assigned refresh location.
  • Remove existing monitors from desks without causing damage to equipment or cables, or desk hardware.
  • Collect and remove all packaging waste from the refreshing areas.
  • Transport removed/old monitors to the designated collection point for Circular Services.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ability to safely handle and move IT hardware.
  • Basic understanding of monitor installation and setup.
