Job Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Event Marketing Specialist to deliver high-quality conferences, meetings, and events across EMEA. You will manage full event logistics across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external clients. This role requires exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, and extensive experience managing multiple complex projects at pace.
Location: London (hybrid/on-site)
Daily Rate: Flexible

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver medium and large-scale meetings, events, and conferences across EMEA.
- Manage complete event logistics, including agendas, invitations, supplier coordination, travel, accommodation, visas, and compliance.
- Create, manage, and update schedules using the BTS system.
- Handle project budgets, including pre- and post-event costings.
- Liaise closely with internal business areas, stakeholders, and global teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and external partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing Directors, Managers, and business sponsors to support events across Global Markets and Global Banking.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in event marketing or conferences, ideally within Financial or Professional Services.
- Proven experience delivering both virtual and in-person events.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
- Good knowledge of the EMEA event market and emerging industry trends.
