We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to join a dynamic operations team responsible for receiving, packaging, and distributing high-quality products across ambient, cold-chain, and frozen environments. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Location: Horsham - Langhurstwood Rd

Shift: Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:15

Job Type: Full-time (3-month contract)

Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour + 22% shift allowance

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack customer orders in line with business targets
  • Receive and process deliveries, ensuring accurate inventory tracking
  • Execute production orders, including equipment setup and clean-down
  • Complete GMP documentation accurately and within required timelines
  • Perform inventory checks, cycle counts, and waste disposal activities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and promote a safe working environment
  • Adhere to cGMP, quality, and safety regulations (including PPE usage)
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles
  • Report any health, safety, or quality risks to line management
  • Undertake additional duties as required

Required Skills & Experience:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Basic IT literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and numeracy skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
