A leading airline group is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM transformation. This role will ensure a controlled, low-risk transition from Legacy HR systems into Oracle Cloud, coordinating across multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the integrated Oracle HCM cutover strategy, including timelines and business freeze windows
- Coordinate all cutover activities across Core HR, ORC, Learning, Talent, Performance, Compensation, and Help Desk modules
- Lead dress rehearsals/mock cutovers and incorporate lessons learnt into final execution
- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, validation, and production readiness checkpoints
- Align functional, technical, security, integration, and reporting work streams
- Facilitate cutover command centre and daily stakeholder updates during go-live
- Manage hypercare activities, issue triage, and transition into BAU support
