We are looking for a Sales operation Analyst III/Sales Support Admin to support commercial Operations and enhance sales effectiveness. This role focuses on maintaining sales tools, supporting sales teams, and driving process improvements, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce CRM operations.
Pay Rate: £28/hr PAYE basic
Shift: flexible 9-17:00

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain (CRM) and other sales tools
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for sales systems
- Optimise sales processes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and business insights
- Support sales teams with administrative and operational tasks
- Leverage AI tools to automate routine sales processes
- Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes
- Deliver training sessions and support adoption of tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance commercial effectiveness
- Support and manage user groups and superusers
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and system performance
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations/Analytics/Sales Support
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM (administration & support)
- Advanced skills in: Excel, Power BI, SQL, Data visualisation tools
- Proven experience in sales support or admin roles within a sales team
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues
- Strong communication skills (technical + non-technical audiences)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Background in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Med-Tech
- Experience with AI-based automation tools for sales operations
- Certifications in Salesforce or Analytics
- Experience in delivering training and managing user adoption programmes
