Your new role As Talent Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation's approach to talent development, workforce capability and employee growth.

Working closely with HR and senior leadership teams, you will identify skills gaps, support succession planning, strengthen talent pipelines and drive development initiatives across the role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery and will cover leadership development, workforce planning, apprenticeships, early careers activity, employer branding and employee development.

You'll help ensure the organisation has the talent, skills and capability required to support future growth whilst creating meaningful development opportunities for employees at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed Experience within Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, HR Business Partnering or a similar people-focused role.

Experience developing managers, future leaders and wider workforce capability.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Experience supporting succession planning, talent programmes or workforce planning initiatives.

A passion for employee development, coaching and building capability.

CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience would be advantageous.

What you'll get in return Salary of £45,000
- £55,000 depending on experience.
