Key Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of new financial systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and best‑practice accounting principles.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret business and financial data to support system design and decision‑making.
- Review, test, and refine system customisation, ensuring robust controls, accurate consolidation, and efficient workflows.
- Develop and embed process controls, approval hierarchies, and reporting structures.
- Deliver training, guidance, and documentation to finance and non‑finance teams across the business.
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure system outputs support inventory management, product costing, distribution processes, and stock validation.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive enhancements post‑implementation.
