Your new company is a highly regarded and successful building contractor seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a landmark education project in Co. Tyrone. Your new role involves taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of a major new-build education development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality. You will coordinate all site activities, manage subcontractors and direct labour, and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants and wider project stakeholders. You will play a key leadership role on site, driving performance and ensuring that quality, health and safety, and programme objectives are achieved throughout the project.

What you'll need to succeed: To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience managing sizeable construction projects as a Site Manager, ideally within the education, public sector or large-scale new build sectors. You will possess a strong understanding of construction methodologies, programme management and quality control procedures, alongside excellent communication and leadership skills. You should hold relevant site management qualifications including SMSTS, a valid CSR/CSCS card and First Aid certification. The successful candidate will be capable of leading teams, managing subcontractors and maintaining high standards of health, safety and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
