With an extensive in-house capability, experienced site teams, and a healthy pipeline of secured work, the business continues to grow across both public and private sector to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join the team on a major residential housing scheme in Enniskillen. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to join a secure contractor with long-term work in Enniskillen County Fermanagh, offering the chance to play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale timber frame housing development while building a long-term career close to home Your New Role As Site Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a significant housing development, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will coordinate subcontractors, direct labour and suppliers while maintaining excellent standards of quality construction throughout the build responsibilities will include: Supervising all on-site construction activities on a busy residential housing development Managing subcontractors, site labour and material deliveries Monitoring progress against programme and assisting with short-term planning Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and current building regulations Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and promoting a strong health
