This is a new role working as part of a small team as a Services Coordinator. You will be supporting the registrations and compliance teams with administration, data analysis and reporting.
Key duties include but are not limited to:
- Assign audits and service inspections.
- Replenishing documentation/supplies.
- Answering incoming enquiries by telephone or email.
- Monitor audits and service inspections to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Receive customer information and deal with it in a timely manner.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong and current administration skills.
- Great organisational and coordination skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to manage your own workloads and work on your own initiative.
What you'll get in return:
- Salary of £26,500.
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
