Your new role involves leading the end-to-end people strategy and execution for the transformation programme. You will design and deliver large-scale collective and individual consultation processes, manage workforce restructuring including shift pattern review and redeployment, and partner closely with General Managers and Operational Directors to implement change. Additionally, you will own and mitigate risk across employee relations and support clear, effective communications throughout the change.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous roles as Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR or People Lead within logistics or manufacturing
  • Highly confident operating in complex employee relations environments
  • Demonstrable experience leading high-volume restructuring and operating model change
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale consultation programmes
  • Strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Background in fast-paced operational environments such as logistics, 3PL or manufacturing

What you'll get in return:

This is a 12 Month Fixed term contract, based in Staffordshire. You will be required to be on site at least three days per week, so the ideal candidate will be based within the Staffordshire or surrounding area. The salary for this role is £70,000.
