We're working with a growing, multi-disciplinary building services consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Associate / Senior Electrical Engineer to join their Belfast team. You'll play a key role in delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects across the UK and Europe.

This is a senior, client-facing position offering the opportunity to lead projects, manage a small team, and contribute to business growth:

  • Lead the electrical discipline on projects or act as project lead
  • Manage and mentor engineers and technicians
  • Deliver projects across all stages, from design through to completion
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients and project teams
  • Prepare technical designs, calculations, specifications, and reports
  • Support bid submissions and contribute to business development
  • Monitor project performance, including programme, resource, and financials
  • Carry out design reviews and ensure quality standards are met

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
  • 5+ years' experience in electrical design within building services
  • Experience leading projects and managing teams
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion
  • Proficient in relevant software (e.g. CAD, Revit, Amtech) and BIM environments
  • Chartered or working towards (desirable)
