Are you passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them develop greater independence? We are working with a specialist further education setting in Coventry that provides tailored support for learners with a range of SEND needs, and they are looking to welcome dedicated Learning Support Assistants to their team.

The Role

You will be supporting students aged 16-25 with a variety of learning needs, including:

  • Autism
  • Communication and interaction needs
  • Physical disabilities
  • Complex learning needs
  • Social, emotional, and behavioural challenges

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
  • Assisting with personal care where required
  • Helping students access learning and develop life skills
  • Working collaboratively with tutors, therapists, and wider support teams
  • Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
