A role based on school premises but working for an academy trust office based in North Birmingham. The role will be to cover until the end of term with potential longer-term opportunities. It will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and to start as soon as possible.
The role will be providing administration support to the trust head office. This will entail assisting with entering information onto various in-house computer systems, strong use of Microsoft Office packages, as well as general administration such as filing, archiving and dealing with telephone queries. The role requires someone who has strong computer skills as you will be using various packages. Please note this is a busy office and requires an individual with a proactive approach.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative.
- You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years.
- You will also need to have an up-to-date DBS check; the school can't accept any applicants without this.
