Your new company Hays are partnering with a high-growth organisation to recruit a Sales Development Representative to join their expanding team based in Derry.
Your new role You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound activity including cold calling, email and LinkedIn. You will qualify leads, uncover business needs, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team. You will manage your own pipeline, maintain strong activity levels, and work closely with internal teams to maximise conversion and performance.
