Your new company Hays is proudly working with an established and growing consultancy within the built environment, who are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Belfast team. Operating across a range of sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative organisation offering strong project exposure and a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Your new role This is a full-time Quantity Surveying role based in Belfast, with a hybrid working arrangement typically involving 2 days per week in the office (flexible depending on business and individual needs). You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects across a range of sectors, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout all stages of the project lifecycle. The role is open to candidates at intermediate or senior level, offering the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility depending on experience.

What you'll need to succeed You will hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. MRICS accreditation is desirable but not essential. You will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your workload effectively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and project teams will be key.
