Your new company Our client is a well-established NI-based specialist contractor with nearly 30 years' experience delivering complex building envelope solutions across the commercial, residential, hospitality and mixed-use sectors.

The business provides a complete end-to-end faade service, covering pre-construction, design coordination, engineering, off-site fabrication, installation and project company has developed a strong reputation for faade remediation, retrofit and fire safety projects, alongside the delivery of both unitised and traditional stick-built faade systems.

Its portfolio includes large-scale schemes throughout the UK, including high-rise developments.

With impressive project delivery across a variety of sectors and a busy orderbook, this firm now requires a Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day externals of an ongoing commercial project in Belfast.

Your new role As Project Manager, you must have experience of overseeing external works on major commercial projects.

You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety.

In order to carry out this role effectively, it is expected you will have excellent technical experience, be able to liaise with clients and main contractors and be able to effectively track progress against project deadlines.

Duties will also include carrying out inspections, quality control and testing on all aspects of cladding and external faade.

This is initially a temporary role for up to 7 months with potential for permanent employment for the right individual upon successful completion of the initial project.

What you'll need to succeed A successful Project Manager will be able to project and communicate material and consumable requirements, whilst upholding the high standards set by the company through their years of delivering excellence.

You will have relevant experience working on large scale Design & Build schemes, with a proven track record of overseeing Faade & Externals packages.

You will be a self-starter with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

It is essential that you have suitable experience as a Faade/Project Manager working on large scale projects.

Furthermore, you must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certification.

You will be available to start at short notice.
