Your new role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a £30m industrial build from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will be the senior operational lead on site, coordinating all internal teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full project lifecycle management from site start-up to final account
- Managing programme, budgets, quality and H&S performance
- Leading site management teams, engineers and supply chain partners
- Client and consultant liaison to ensure works are delivered to specification
- Risk management, reporting and commercial awareness throughout the build
