We are delighted to be partnering with a global investment bank in recruiting a project and risk manager for their disclosure and disclaimer team. The Global Markets First Line of Defence Markets Customer Protection and Market Practices Risk team proactively manages and mitigates Customer Protection, Market Practices, and Conduct risks within Markets businesses, ensuring a secure and compliant environment that supports business delivery and protects reputation. We achieve this through expert risk and control oversight, data-driven risk assessments, and collaborative partnerships across all Lines of responsibilities include supporting the development of a framework for managing client disclosures and disclaimers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Implementing solutions to address identified gaps in disclaimer and disclosure usage and to validate content and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations. Deliver relevant documentation and usage guidance to support sustainable business -as-usual (BAU) ownership and long-term consistency.
What you will need to succeed:
- 5+ years of project management/ business analysis experience, ideally in a professional services or financial organisation
- Strong project management experience and a deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory requirements, risk management, and finance
- Significant experience working with risk control systems and reporting
- Experience supporting and collaborating with sales/trading teams
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive with the judgement and authority to provide insightful commentary to senior stakeholders
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
