Your new role
As a key member of the Procurement & Supply Chain delivery team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex public sector procurement strategies-primarily within the defence sector. You'll contribute utilise your expert procurement knowledge to tackle large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK.
* Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities for high-value public sector contracts
* Drafting NEC contract documents, including T&C's and project scope
* Develop and implement commercial strategies and market engagement plans
* Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment and compliance
* Provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, particularly PA23
* Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
What you'll need to succeed
* Security Clearance (SC) would be desirable, if not the ability and willingness to get this
* Proven experience managing complex infrastructure/construction public procurement programmes
* Strong understanding of public procurement regulations (PA23); TTP training is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of NEC 3/4 suite of contracts
* Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
