A multicultural Primary School in inner-city Birmingham is seeking a Primary School Receptionist. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm until the end of the academic year with potentially longer-term options.
The role will be to provide reception and admin support to a busy primary school. Responsibilities include:
- Signing in visitors
- Inputting registers onto SIMS
- Dealing with dinner monies
- Using adsum4
- General admin duties
Please note that this is a very busy school office and requires an individual that can work under pressure.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A high level of communication skills
- The ability to work quickly under your initiative
- Recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years
- An up-to-date DBS check (the school can't accept any applicants without this)
