Role: As a Platform Engineer, you'll focus on the technical delivery of modern, cloud-based platforms and services. Working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, you'll design, build and support scalable solutions that enable digital transformation for our clients. You will be involved across the full development life cycle - from solution design through to deployment and live service support - using leading-edge tools, methodologies and engineering best practices.
You Need to Succeed: You'll be an experienced, adaptable engineer with a passion for innovation and high-quality requirements include:
- Strong experience designing and supporting cloud platforms, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with GCP services, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/GKE)
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash or Go)
- Good understanding of cloud security, networking, monitoring and reliability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to a positive engineering culture
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) if required
