Your new company Hays Belfast have been retained by a longstanding Civil Engineering Sub-Contractor as they seek to recruit a Piling Supervisor. Your new employer is a leading construction groundwork company specialising in ground engineering, concrete and piling solutions. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects, they are looking for a dedicated Piling Supervisor to join a busy order book secured and projects starting in both North and South. This role will see you join a stable working environment and benefit from ongoing training and development opportunities.
Your new role As a Piling Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of mini-piling projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your responsibilities will include managing site teams, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining high standards of quality construction and safety. The nature of the work may require travel within Ireland and will consist of residential, industrial and commercial projects.
