We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a markets operations analyst to join the Markets Operations team and support a wide range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and HR. They will also interact with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience. This role offers a truly global reach and a supportive environment that provides new experiences and development opportunities. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and clients. Your main objective will be to assist in the clearance, settlement, and investigation of client transactions. Key Responsibilities: Perform trade verifications to ensure accuracy of booking requests. Complete settlement tasks and daily rate revaluations accurately and on time. Perform regulatory controls, account reconciliations, and record retention activities in accordance with established policies. Prepare and submit periodic internal and external regulatory reports. Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Demonstrate sound ethical judgment and escalate, manage, and report control issues transparently. Key requirements: Relevant experience preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment. Demonstrated knowledge of macros. Previous experience in data analysis.
