Your New Company A well-established and highly successful manufacturing organisation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

Your New Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and supporting the introduction of new products and technologies across the

Responsibilities: Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to drive productivity and quality improvements.

Support the introduction of new products from design through to production.

Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions.

Carry out process capability studies and production line optimisation.

Work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and design teams.

Support capital equipment projects and process improvements.

Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards.

What You'll Need to Succeed Degree or HND in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production engineering environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Experience supporting production processes and implementing improvements.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.

Mon - Thurs 7am - 5pm and Fri 2pm What You'll Get in Return Competitive salary depending on experience.
