Your new role as Office Manager will play a pivotal role as the central interface of the business, ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and supporting senior stakeholders across the practice. You will work closely with the current Office Manager during a structured handover period, ahead of their planned departure.

  • Full office management
  • Invoicing and accounts support (a key part of the role)
  • Coordination of monthly board meetings
  • Event management

You will also work with internal systems and liaise with colleagues supporting audit and compliance standards. This is a hybrid role, working from home on a Monday & Friday.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in an Office Manager or similar senior administrative role, ideally within a professional services or design‑led environment
  • Strong invoicing and accounts experience is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders
  • Personable, detail‑oriented and comfortable acting as the face of the business
