HOURS: FT/PT available

LOCATION: York

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard, ensuring all areas of the establishment remain clean, hygienic, and presentable.
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms, ensuring all materials are stored appropriately and available when required.
  • Follow Health & Safety and COSHH regulations, including disinfecting and deep cleaning tasks when necessary.
  • Report any incidents, defects, or dangers to the supervisor promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety in all work undertaken.

Required Qualifications (applicants must meet the below defined requirements):

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to represent the service professionally in every task attended.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Flexibility within contracted hours and commitment to a strong 'can do' approach.
  • High moral standards and absolute integrity, suitable for working in a secure environment.
  • 5 year UK working history (A background in cleaning is advantageous, but full training will be provided.)
