I am supporting a busy and supportive school in Nottingham who is looking for a confident and welcoming School Receptionist to join their team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting visitors, parents, and pupils with a warm and professional manner
- Managing the reception desk, overseeing sign‑in procedures, and issuing visitor passes
- Answering calls and responding to email enquiries, directing messages to the correct staff
- Coordinating appointments and supporting with basic diary management
- Handling post, deliveries, and general front‑desk organisation
- Providing light administrative support to the office where needed
- Maintaining confidentiality and following safeguarding procedures at all times
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Previous experience working as a receptionist within a school environment
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
