Owner led and proudly hands on, the business has built a strong reputation for flexibility, reliability and doing things properly. Recent growth has been fuelled by repeat customers, increasing order volumes and investment in people and structure, creating a genuinely exciting phase of development as the business builds a leadership team capable of supporting sustainable scale and long term success.

A natural self starter, you will bring a planning led mindset, confidence in working with small teams and the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture.

In return, you will join a business with genuine momentum, where strong leadership is encouraged and your contribution will clearly influence performance and future growth. The role offers a competitive salary in the range of Β£50,000-Β£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside attractive, employee-friendly working hours of 8:00-4:30 Monday to Thursday and an early finish of 8:00-2:00 on a Friday.
