Contract: 12-month fixed term, 35 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit Control: Process and allocate customer payments
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies
- Set up and maintain customer accounts
- Issue invoices, statements, and credit notes
- Support accurate financial record-keeping
- Customs Administration: Manage goods movements in line with Northern Ireland requirements
- Prepare and submit customs and safety declarations
- Ensure compliance with documentation, licences, and authorisations
- Maintain accurate records relating to imports
