Your new role:

  • Source and purchase raw materials, packaging, and consumables in line with production schedules.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value while maintaining quality.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to avoid shortages or excess.
  • Analyse market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
