What Can I Expect Day to Day?
- Managing a mixed public and private sector Senior & Executive Search desk
- Partnering with Boards, CEOs, Managing Directors and senior stakeholders on leadership hiring initiatives
- Leading retained and contingent executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment
- Developing and executing strategic business development plans across a range of sectors
- Advising clients on leadership recruitment, workforce planning and market trends
- Identifying, engaging and assessing executive-level talent through targeted search methodologies
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for senior appointments
- Building market intelligence and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within the leadership recruitment market
- Representing Hays at senior networking events, leadership forums and client engagement activities
- Building long-term strategic relationships with both clients and candidates
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- A proven track record within agency recruitment, executive search, professional services recruitment or a commercial business development role
- Strong relationship-building and business development capability
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and board-level stakeholders
- A consultative and advisory approach with clients and candidates
- Commercial acumen, ambition and a strong motivation to succeed
