Commitment, Care and Collaboration shape how they work with their clients, partners and each part of their continued growth strategy, we are seeking to recruit an experienced FM Technician (Refrigeration) to enhance our Facilities Management team and support the successful delivery of services across a portfolio of client locations throughout Northern Ireland. Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing refrigeration and HVAC systems, along with associated building services, across a range of client sites throughout Northern Ireland. Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and minor remedial works. Service and maintain refrigeration and HVAC systems in line with contract requirements. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently to meet service level agreements. Liaise with the Helpdesk, clients and subcontractors to ensure works are completed effectively. Manage materials, tools and equipment required for maintenance activities. Oversee specialist contractors where required and ensure work is completed to agreed standards. Complete installations, minor alterations, surveys and condition reports as necessary. Maintain accurate asset records, service documentation and compliance paperwork. Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues while maintaining a professional approach at all times. Demonstrate a strong understanding of commercial refrigeration systems, including pack systems and controls. What you'll need to succeed Previous employment in a similar role NVQ Level 2 & 3 Refrigeration / Air Conditioning C&G 2079 F Gas Category 1 Certificate Full Driving Licence Ability to use the Microsoft Office Products / Computer Aided Facilities Management Systems.
