Within their Technology & Transformation practice, you'll work with leading clients on ambitious engineering and digital programmes that deliver real value difference, celebrate diversity and encourage flexible ways of working to support the best outcomes for our people.
As a Platform Engineer, you'll focus on the technical delivery of modern, cloud-based platforms and services. Working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, you'll design, build and support scalable solutions that enable digital transformation for our clients. You will be involved across the full development life cycle - from solution design through to deployment and live service support - using leading-edge tools, methodologies and engineering best practices.
You Need to Succeed
- Strong experience designing and supporting cloud platforms, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Hands-on experience with GCP services, IaC (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes/GKE)
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g. Python, Bash or Go)
- Good understanding of cloud security, networking, monitoring and reliability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Ability to mentor others and contribute to a positive engineering culture
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) if required
